There is nobody who has seen the level of police corruption other than super hero himself, Dennis Bruce Allums who While stopping hundreds if not thousands of crimes against women and children over the past 35 years, ran into numerous corrupt cops. From Simon Hoang who he and his male receptionist discourage and tried to alter the truth of Mr. Allums report of a young African American girl being trafficked at Westfield mall, San Francisco, California. Then there’s officer Cameron who stood in the was of the hero of the day Dennis Allums even being on the report and when he tried to fix O.P.D.’s glaring error he just laughed away Mr. Allums to add truth to the report simply to deny Mr. Allums heroic role in which he could of been killed protecting everyone that day at the Oakland Library. Then there’s the sexual assault of a 12 year old African American girl in which the combined efforts of all officers left out the report the most important person, Dennis Allums, who was forced to fight the rapist for 15 minutes until one BPD officer casually rode up on his bike. When realizing he was a well known dangerous criminal he got on his radio and every officer in Berkeley suddenly arrived in 1 minute yet, Mr. Allums had to fight him all alone for 15 minutes. Then there’s El Cerrito PD. with multiple officers taking the reign from SFPD.OPD and BPD as officer Alverez after learning Mr., Allums was struck by an SUV while walking in a cross walk and knocked unconscious by the violent offender, manipulated the police report to protect Mr. Gonzalez, a fellow Latino, unfortunately for them, a Mr. Gomez, also a Latino saw everything and foiled their plan yet the criminal Mr. Gonzlez avoided prosecution due to the efforts of ECPD Officer Alverez. Then there was ECPD officer Edwin Jacal who upon learning that Mr. Allums was followed , insulted, chased for five blocks, decided when Mr. Allums extended his hands t stop an assault, his open palms constituted assault in itself and amazingly referred Mr. Allums to the D.A. for prosecution.
