OPD – Who after Mr. Allums protected an entire library from a knife wielding madman who he himself was almost killed was denied being on the police report by officer Cameron despite being the only one almost killed.

ECPD – After a 16 hour day in Berkeley protecting the residents of Berkeley, California and the university of California officer Edwin Jacal lied and said the victim, Mr. Allums was actually the criminal when a deranged man, who the entire city feared was the victim when he tried to harm/kill Mr. Allums. Referring Mr. Allums to the contra costa D.A. for prosecution.
U.C.P.D. – Mr. Allums was forced to protect an entire campus for 35 years due to the lack of protection by the campus police beginning with the 1990’s “Larry Blakes” street long brawl where Mr. Allums protected two U.C. Berkeley coeds from sexual assault against over 12 assailants “wilding out”.
